Moreover, members of our sourcing team personally go to the areas in China that specialize in product that our clients need, to find the optimal supplier for specific projects. When we source, we take into account the price point, quality standards, and other specific requirements, to ensure that we create long-term relationships that result in our customers’ complete satisfaction with end results.

Our clients may:

– Select products designed and developed by manufacturers;
– Send spec sheets of their own developments, or
– Request A&A to develop products specific to what they’re looking for.

Our team of designers works closely with customers to create products that will be successful in their particular market.

Our Quality Assurance team of over 30 quality inspectors oversees production processes end-to-end. Before cutting an order to a factory, we audit the facilities and ensure that the supplier has the necessary infrastructure and skills to achieve the quality standard and lead times required by our customers. Quality inspectors subsequently visit factories at different stages of production, including upon shipment, to guarantee our customers’ satisfaction with the goods they receive. In case of detecting problems, our customers get a report the same day to make decisions together with our customer service team.

We concentrate on FOB deliveries. Our logistics department in China ensures the correct consolidation and export of goods to deliver to our customers at the port. When our customers require assitance with the freight and importing processes, we facilitate collaboration with trustworthy freight forwarders, importers, customs agents, and other services that add value.
